Witness Services

In addition to the services offered to victims of crime by Victim Support, there are 86 Witness Services, covering every Crown Court centre in England and Wales, which helped 126,529 people in 1998/99. This represents a 5% rise in the number of people helped during the past year compared with statistics for 1997/98.
