  Support and assistance

Victim Support Northern Ireland offers emotional and practical support in absolute confidence:

  • someone to talk to
  • information on police and court procedure
  • liaison with other organisations on your behalf
  • advice and information on compensation and insurance matters
  • contact with other sources of help

Victim Support can also arrange for a volunteer to accompany you to the police station and to court.

You can contact your local Branch or Witness Service or the Victim Supportline.

Victim Supportline

The Victim Supportline can help you whether the crime is recent or past and whether or not you want to report the crime. If you want information, practical help or support, you can:
